I was on MAJOR carb/surgar overload prior to starting but didn't think I would feel like this until a few days in. Drink More water?? I had to take some Advil today to make it at work. Also, can anyone suggest some quick GOOD ideas for lunch. I work FT and run home on my lunch hour so I don't have a lot of time. I made my own mayo last night and it actually came out perfect!!
