Moluv
For a tiny 2-bite meal that follows the meal template, I submit "Twig in a Pig". It's an asparagus stalk wrapped in prosciutto then baked or grilled. I used 1 bunch asparagus and one package Applegate Farms prosciutto slices, cut in half diagonally. Because it's so thin, the ham sticks to itself when wrapped. I drizzles a little currant infused coconut oil on top and popped in 400degree oven until they look done. Perfect- meat+veggie+fat on a stick!
Susan W
This is such an awesome idea. I am not a snacker but I think it will be an awesome addition to any meal. I love the name.
Moluv
Thank you! I don't snack either but sometimes I need something while I'm making dinner if I've gone past 6 or 7 hours. But I can also see these as a sidecar to any (er, every) other meal I eat this week.
