Kaleena
So...after 13 years of being a vegetarian I'm adding a bit of meat in my diet. Well I chose some frozen wild boar sausages from the local "healthy" butcher. Question. I just threw them in the fridge yesterday but now that they are defrosted how long will they last uncooked? am I going to have to cook them all to keep them in the fridge? There's about 3 servings worth so if they'd last until Sunday that would be great! Any advise on this topic and any other hting I should know about these wild boar sausages would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Renee Lee
Now that they're defrosted? 3ish days. Could go longer, but I wouldn't. That stuff's too expensive to risk it going bad
Kaleena
That's great, actually. I was hoping it was about as long as that.
