Right, so yesterday I started my first whole30.

Goals:

lean up and get down to my fight weight heathily

less bloating

getting rid of really dry skin/eksema

Two days in and I already feel more mindful when I eat and Im mre able to see a normal portion size. Big step for me s pretty excited as to what will happen in a months time..

Good luck! I boxed a bit, but was always more into grappling sports - something to do with getting my *** beat the first month at the gym and coming home with a black eye - that happens less in wrestling & judo :)

Paleo is great for athletes though - keep it up, and check out athlete section of the forum as well:
