Zoodles
It's so hard to find compliant sausages, especially with good quality meat. Just wondering if sausages with potato starch are ok? I know potatoes are out, but that seems to be for mainly psychological reasons rather than potatoes being nasty in and of themselves. So potato starch wouldn't really be pushing other more nutritious things off the plate in this case *hopeful eyes*?
NMG
My assumption is that it's not W30 compliant, but whether it's okay for "just" paleo would depend on exactly how much potato starch we're talking about. Sorry!
Kirsteen
Hi Zoodles, in my house we call them *Bambi eyes* and my 28 year old daughter still hasn't learnt they don't work Sorry but potato starch is still potato. It also sounds highly processed and not a good wholesome healthy food. Personally, I'd bite the bullet and avoid it until my W30 was over.
