Moderators LadyM Posted April 11, 2013 Moderators Share Posted April 11, 2013 So, this isn't exactly a problem, but I've read about people having crazy dreams about gorging on non compliant foods. That's happened to me in the past when I've gone on other restrictive diets. But last night--I'm now on day 2 of my first Whole30--I had an amazing dream in which I was training at the gym with a new PT and in between set I spontaneously and effortlessly started doing pull ups. As fit as I've ever been, I've never been able to do even a single pull up with my whole body weight. It was an amazing and encouraging dream. If this is what I signed up for, keep 'em coming! I had a crazy dream last night too but it was me fighting with a waitress when I asked her to take the noodles (for my kids) away and bring fried eggs instead to eat with marinara sauce. She was telling me that they didnt have more eggs and that kids need noodles and I was so mad. Oddly, this restaurant was in a train car. I love dreams.
