Kirsteen
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2308369/Sainsburys-M-S-tear-Frankenfeed-ban.html Waitrose is now the only supermarket to have a ban on chickens and their eggs who've been fed GM crops. Marks, Tesco, and the Co-op will allow all animals to have been fed GM corn and soy. Sainsbury's all except their Taste-the-Difference range and even Waitrose all meat except chicken. None of this meat will be labelled. Obviously all organic meat is exempt from this - none of it will have been fed GM feed. A real shame as I loved Mark's outdoor reared pork. Please note that none of this would negate a W30. Some of us just personally try to avoid meat raised on GM crops.
annabel
I thought I'd escaped all this nonsense by moving here I can't wait till I actually get my allotment, then I might be able to afford the best quality meat.
