Bethann67 Posted April 21, 2013 Share Posted April 21, 2013 Rough week sleeping (shoulder and neck pain) and made up missing zzzz".s by sleeping in today...(unusual) Had breakfast at lunchtime And it's 5 ish and I am hungry...need lunch/meal 2 ... Is it ok to eat dinner/meal 3 late once in awhile? (...going without food for 12!+ hours sounds like it could lead to non-compliant eating ,( I''m on day 20!... missmary Posted April 21, 2013 Share Posted April 21, 2013 yup. It is better to have a compliant meal late in the day than to go hungry and sacrifice sleep (or worse, off-road).
