Just now getting around to creating a Food Log on Day 13. Mostly because I am trying to get to the bottom of why my energy peaked on Day 7 and then seemed to fade away by Day 9..

This Morning I had...

- "Easy Crockpot Breakfast" (eggs, sweet potatos, onions, ground pork, and spices)(wife found it, shes awesome and I could not do whole30 without her)

- Half a Cup of Blueberries

- Half a Cup of Green Tea (too bitter so I did not finish it)

Lunch

Chicken salad with vinegar and oil dressing. And about 10 baby carrots

Dinner

Quarter cup of cashews

Three chop steak lettuce wraps with salsa

12 baby carrots

And a La Crox water

Your breakfast looks good.

There are many different varieties of green teas and the taste can vary significantly from one to another. I like about half of the 15 or 20 varieties I have tried.

You don't mention how much water you are drinking. My personal habit is to drink 2 big glasses when I first wake up and a 3rd before I eat breakfast.

I really like tazo zen, which is a green tea with mint and lemongrass. Harney and Sons organic green tea is also good. It's bright and citrusy. Their green tea with coconut, ginger and vanilla is delicious, but I don't trust its artificial coconut and flavors. Better post whole30 for that one.

Day 14

Breakfast

- "Easy Crockpot Breakfast" (eggs, sweet potatos, onions, ground pork, and spices)(Leftovers, same as yesterday)

- Half a Cup of Blueberries

- 1 Banana- Guava, Coconut Water - Naked Drink

- 1 16oz water

Snack

- Half a cup of Cashews (hungry)

- 1 16oz water

Lunch

- Butter Lettuce Salad with Turkey, Olive oil Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt for dressing

- Half a cup of Cashews

- 1 cup of petite carrots

- 1 16oz water

- 1 16oz Coconut Water

- 1 CherryPie Larabar

Dinner

- 3 applegate hotdogs on lettuce wraps and salsa

- 8 petite carrots

- 1 organic blueberry fruit strip (no sugar)

- 1 16oz water

- 1 12oz LaCrox

Day 15

Breakfast

- "Easy Crockpot Breakfast" (eggs, sweet potatos, onions, ground pork, and spices)(Leftovers, same as yesterday)

- 1 Blueberry Larabar

- 1 8oz Wholefood's Sparkling Water (lemon)

- 1 16oz water

- 1 cup of tea with a bit of unsweetened Almond Milk

Snack

- Half a cup of Almonds

- Half a Cup of Blueberries

- 1 16oz water

Lunch

- fresh spinach salad (olive oil dressing)

- salad toppings (grilled chicken, black olives, 2 hard boiled eggs, and bacon)

- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1/2 cup of cashews

- 1 16oz water

Snack

- 1 Larabar (lemon)

- 1/2 cup of cashews

Dinner

- 4 Applegate Organic HotDogs, with Homemade Chili

- 10 petite carrots

- 1 LaCrox Water

- 1 16oz water

Day 16

Breakfast

- Easy Crockpot Recipe from yesterday

- 1 16oz water

- 1 cup of Fruit (pineapple, and grapes)

- 1 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk

- 1 banana

Snack

- 1/4 cup of almonds

- 1 16oz water

Lunch

- 2 Applegate HotDogs with 1/2 cup of chili

- 8 petite carrots

- small salad with Olive Oil and Seasoning Salt

- 1 LaCroix Water

Dinner

- 1/2 cup of Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, macadamia)

- 1 large sweet potato with 1 cup of paleo chili on top

- 1 cup of mix fruit (apples, grapes, mango, strawberries)

- 1 16oz water

- 1 LaCroix water

Day 17

Breakfast

-1 LaCroix Water

- 1/4 cup of cashews

- 1 serving Easy Crockpot Receipe from Monday

- 1 cup of blueberries

- 1 cup of Tazo Zen Tea (not bad, thanks to LadyM for the suggestion)

- Smash sweet potato fries (awesome)

Day 18

Breakfast

- crockpot casserole

- 1 cup of blueberries

- 1 16oz water

Lunch

- 2 sausage on a stick

- 2 LaCroix

- 1/2 cup of almonds

- 1 Larabar

Dinner

- 2 steak

- roasted zucchini, carrots, yellow squash, & calabaza squash

- cauliflower mash

- teas jasamine green tea

Breakfast

- 4 scrambled eggs

- 2 pieces of applegate bacon

- 1 cup of grapes

- 1 naked pineapple mango, with coconut water

- 1 16oz water

Lunch

- 1 chipotle salad with pork and hot sauce

- 1 Smash sweet potato fries

- 1 16oz water

Dinner

- Large Salad at Sweet Tomato's (eggs, sunflower seeds, carrots, black olives, jalapenos, butternut squash, oil and red wine vinegar, Salt and pepper

- Baked Sweet Potato with cinnamon

- 1 cup of cantaloupe, and grapes

- 1 32oz water

Snack

- 1/2 cup of blueberries

- 1 LaCroix water

- 1 cup of Tazo Zen tea (unsweetened)

- Large Chicken Salad (eggs, black olives, oil & vinegar, carrots)

- 1 LaCroix

- 1 Larabar

Snack

- 3/4 cup of Cashews & Almonds

Dinner

- 1 cup of pineapple

- 1 larabar

- 1 16oz water

- 12 petite carrots

- 1 cup of blueberries

- 1 cup of Tazo Zen tea

- 2 fish fillet

- cauliflower rice

- snow snap peas

Rosemary chicken

snow snap peas

carrots

1/2 cup of avocado
