Laketon79
Don't know where we're going. I'm thinking most places I could have a salad and chicken? And bring my own dressing. What questions do I need to ask about the chicken to make sure it's okay? Or maybe I could get a burger without the bun? What would I ask about that? Physibeth
Generally you should ask if the meat is premarinated and in what, how they cook it - do they use any oil or butter, what seasonings do they use. I usually ask to have my meat dry grilled and sometimes unseasoned depending on whether I trust there are no nasties in the seasoning or not. bi0nicw0man
I joined some friends for lunch at a local burger cafe the other day. I asked about the burgers and I'm glad I did...they cook them in canola oil. They cooked my separately for me though, so nice!
