TXN11
I'm a cheese addict, and never thought I'd last a week without it. Even though the Whole 30 is for 30 days, going 1 week without cheese is a major accomplishment for me. Yay me!

littleface
ME TOO! Today is day seven of no cheese, and that is a big deal! Deep down, I don't think that I tolerate dairy products very well (most of us cheese addicts don't) and I am expecting to react when I add it in after my Whole 30. A life without cheese is just to much for me to handle right now, so, one day at a time...
MrsStick
You never know - after my W30, when I reintroduced cheese (despite always thinking I was mildly lactose intolerant), I had NOTHING. NO SYMPTOMS. I prefer to think that it's because I healed my gut by getting rid of gluten. Now THAT I react to severely (stomach pains that feel like I'm being stabbed within an hour or so of consumption, and diarrhea until it's out of my system). birder
I was a huge cheese addict before my whole 30. I was determined it would be my first introduction. I'm 6 days into reintro and I don't want it.
