Meal 1: 3 scrambled eggs with peppers and onions 1/2 sweet potato handful of olives Meal 2: left over rotisserie chicken salad with broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions, & vinegar olives 2 strawberries Meal 3: ground beef with whole30 approved homemade taco seasoning with peppers and onions 1/2 sweet potato with extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg salad with broccoli, carrots, olives, and vinegar How did I do today? Just waiting and wondering when the sugar/carb cravings will hit that everyone talks about. Saltine crackers and ginger ale are not whole30 Approved and that has been my only food sincd yeaterday afternoon so looks like I'm starting over tomorrow.
