Elliottsmama
I'm not sure which forum was best to post this, but I saw some others that were similar, so here goes... I'm on day 3 and doing well I think. What do you think? Day 1: breakfast - 2 eggs with peppers, onions, and 1/2 avocado lunch - burger with sauteed onions, 1/2 avocado, and roasted brussel sprouts dinner - meatloaf, mashed sweet potato, and a salad Day 2: breakfast - frittata with 2.5 eggs, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and a little sweet potato with 1/2 avocado lunch - meatloaf and roasted brussel sprouts and a some macadamia nuts dinner - ground beef and peppers, onions, and mushrooms sauteed in coconut oil and a salad, 1/2 avocado Day 3: breakfast - leftover frittata (same as above) plus a bowl of fruit (strawberries, watermelon, and melon) lunch - chicken salad with homemade mayo over veggies with a few nuts dinner - leftover meatloaf and brussel sprouts Day 4: (plans) breakfast - leftover ground beef thing from Day 2 lunch - chicken salad with homemade mayo over lots of veggies with a few nuts, a little fruit dinner - beef brisket, roasted cauliflower, and sweet potato and small salad How am I doing? Jinkse21
Looks good to me! More importantly, how do you feel after eating those meals?? A great place to track your meals and progress is the Whole30 Log Forum. It will help you references any changes in your eating that could affect how you feel, physical changes, etc. A lot of people read those logs and provide feedback to help out too. Elliottsmama
I don't feel great, but that's because I have a sinus infection. I'm not too cravy or hungry so far. Thanks for the tip on the logs.
