Last 10 kilos...

I've only got ten kilos left to lose, and I found this site in an article and it's very exciting so I would like to try it.

The thing is I haven't eaten any dairy, grains, rice, high starch vegies, any fruit, low fat or sugar for years.

So if I follow the Whole30 will I be able to lose the last 10 kilos?

Will I?

What you are eating may not be your issue. Aside from food, factors that are critical to being at a healthy weight include sleep, stress management, activity levels, and portion sizes. The Whole30 focuses on what you eat and portion sizes, although the community can share some stuff about the other things.
