ISWF and the blog talk about 'food with no brakes', and so it's interesting that the Oz summary comes at it from the other end, calling protein & fat, essentially, food WITH brakes. They help you lose weight and control your blood sugar. Satiety Breaks vs. brakes. I guess you have a satiety break for B, L and D. Pre/post work-out satiety breaks.
