banicktc
Does anyone see a reason to limit the amount of La Croix's each day?

Moderators LadyM Posted August 4, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 4, 2015 Here are the reasons I don't regularly drink them: 1. They're a psychological replacement for soda. 2. Carbonation can cause gas. 3. They're pricey. 3. Aluminum cans, though recyclable, create unnecessary waste.
KaraSW
Speaking as someone who had a two-cans-of-Diet-Coke-a-day habit a couple years ago, I don't feel the least bit bad about the amount of money I give to the makers of LaCroix. I drink two or three a day. (Sorry Mother Earth.)
MTNan
We were gifted a soda stream a few years ago. We rarely use it for soda, but I have found if I carbonate water and add lemon, lime, berries, etc to it that it's a nice switch up from water. Limited enviro impact, and I get my carbonation fix. SoulSister11
I had a very strong addiction to diet Coke and have been off for 1 1/2 years. La Croix is now my favorite treat. So thankful. I now look at the soda isle and say... "You no longer own me!!!"

bede0713
I've never been a soda drinker but I love seltzer and the carbonation and fix of La Croix. That being said, I quickly learned that I can't tolerate carbonated beverages with my Ulcerative Colitis so I don't have it at all anymore.
