  2. Hi I'm brand new, not even sure if I'm writing in the right place. Before I start, I wanted to know, if I keep to the rules entirely, does it matter if I just eat basically the same thing every day? Such as eggs for breakfast, protein salad for lunch, protein and vegetables for dinner? I have the book and although it all looks interesting, I don't want food to be such a complicated big deal in my day. I usually eat pretty repetitively.
