Bridget Gallagher Buck
Could someone fill me in on added salt? i have read It Starts with Food and now onto The Paleo Diet and I could not find anything (that I can remember) in the first and the latter does not want any salt. The gym people a combo of Whole30 and Paleo people already say sea salt only. I am on the 7th day of my Whole30 and would like to know what the healthiest thing for me to do is. I would appreciate any thoughts, Thanks bg
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 22, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 22, 2013 You need to eat salt. People who suffer through unsalted, bland food run the risk messing up their electrolytes. There is little difference between sea salt, ordinary table salt, kosher salt, etc. when all is said and done. Just be sure to add some salt to your food when cooking.
