Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 5, 2012 Moderators Share Posted July 5, 2012 A little indigestion, some diarrhea I've heard of, but not chest pains after eating dairy. You might should get checked out to make sure the dairy is not just a coincidence.
karacooks
I would definitely get checked out - chest pains are simply not normal. That said, could it possibly be heartburn or indigestion? (PS - Tom now I know you're from the South. Might should. )

Melany Anderson
Could be heartburn maybe? I used to get heartburn a lot when I was pregnant and I don't remember it feeling like this.
Adagio
I have had chest pains and heart palpitations from eating dairy. I'm casein intolerant.
Melany Anderson
I have had chest pains and heart palpitations from eating dairy. I'm casein intolerant. Was this just after the whole30 diet? I don't think I had this problem before
Adagio
No, I have had that happen off and on over the years when I eat too much dairy in one day. My heart pounds, and sometimes I have pain in the chest area. I've always assumed it was reflux and gas from the dairy, as some folks get bloated and gassy when they eat dairy.
