I started my W30 today and my bro went and made this yummy chicken and choritzo slow cooker meal and put some flour in it to thicken it. I'm now riddled with guilt that I need to start over already. It's only day one, be glad you didn't have flour on day 20 or something! No need to beat yourself up. Lots of people have little missteps here and there, it's all part of the process.
