Judy Villano
I was just reading through the blog Paleo Poor and just now realized that we've had PORK several times. We've had chicken thighs too- skin on. Do I need to start over??
Beets
The piece is saying these are not the best meats if you cannot afford pastured. But it didn't ruin your w30 by any means.
AmyS
You're fine. Carry on.
Kirsteen
Hi Judy, as others have said, you're fine. That post is showing how to get the best possible results from a W30 and it's definitely worth following now you've seen it but you haven't ruined your W30. I'm sure you're doing great. good luck. Kim Christensen
Goodness. Life without skin on chicken thighs? I can't imagine. :) The point of the blog post was to try and make the best choices you can afford and they give suggestions on where to make those sacrifices if you want to get the best for your money. That said, we always have grass fed beef but not always pastured pork (though pastured lard!) and chicken and eat it without guilt.
