The solids are almost to hard to spoon in the ones I have tried . No! Don't throw away the water - what you do is perfect, I just don't like the texture of it like that. I've blitzed it, warmed it, you name it, but I prefer the texture of the one with guar gum I use whole tins of the normal one in curries and soups because it melts in nicely Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Full fat doesn't necessarily mean full coconut, they can water down full fat coconut rather than removing just the fat. It still means less yummy yummy coconutty fat in your can though!
