AudreyG
I had surgery today to remove a mangled molar and I am restricted to cold and soft foods for the next 24 hours! I need ideas on what to eat! We did not reintroduce any grains or legumes as we did not miss them! We did reintroduce dairy and have access to a grass fed source! I've had apple sauce an sweet potato so far and I am starving! birder
Bone broth! My sister had some major oral surgery and was on liquids for months. I used to make her chicken bone broth with a sauce made from tomatoes, zuchini ect. (it tasted like tomato soup) She said it was the only thing that made her feel good. kb0426
If you have a food processor, you can beat the heck out of hard boiled eggs and mayo and make a very soft egg salad.
