opt-out
Gross topic...sorry. Ive been doing this for 24 days (but started over on day 15 because i had a cup of fresh raw goat milk) so really this is day 7. Things happen when you learn to milk a goat : ). Anyhow, I've had diarrhea since day 3. I saw the doctor today. They didn't say much, ordered tests that are still pending and told me to take Immodium. I've added bone broth every day and just also added aloe juice. Seems to be helping a little. Any ideas/suggestions?
missmary
What was your diet like before you started? Have you added any supplements? It's had to make many suggestions without a sense of what's new in your diet. An example of what you are eating each day will help too.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 25, 2013 Moderators Share Posted June 25, 2013 I agree with Miss Mary about needing more info. And I agree with your doctors. Take the Imodium. I find that one dose of medication often stops diarrhea when I get it. The Imodium website was kind of interesting. opt-out
My diet was paleoish before starting but with lots of sugar substitutes and raw cow milk made into keifer. I'm not sure what happened but I added fresh aloe juice once a day and the diarrhea went away within 6 hours of drinking the aloe juice. Not sure what happened but I'm glad it's gone. I'm thinking I had some gut irritation ( maybe from a die off?).
