heatherweber
This might be a dumb question since wheat is in the title...but I was about to take my fiber powder in my water and then read the title.... Can I have fiber powder that is wheat dextrin...?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 26, 2013 Moderators Share Posted June 26, 2013 No. The wheat makes it Whole30 poison. You probably don't need fiber powder while doing a Whole30. The variety of vegetables that you are eating provide all the fiber you need.

Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted March 6, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 6, 2017 Are you eating the recommended 6-9 cups of veggies per day? Do you have starchy AND non starchy veggies? Green veggies? Are you drinking the recommended 1/2oz of water per pound of bodyweight? You could try taking Natural Calm... it's a magnesium supplement that helps with going to the bathroom as it draws liquid into your digestive tract (it also makes you sleepy so try taking it at night).... the plain one is compliant...
