planetofthegrapes
So everything I've read on this site and other paleo sites is that it's really hard to find deli meat (turkey) that's compliant. Well I think I found it at Shaw's (which is THE LAST place I was expecting to find it), and I just wanted to confirm that it's okay. It's called Shaw's All Natural Turkey Breast, and the only ingredients were turkey breast, water, and salt (I actually can't remember if water was in there or not...). So by the ingredient list, it would appear that it's fine to eat, but I just can't shake this feeling that there's something inherently bad/noncompliant with deli turkey. Any thoughts? (Yes, I realize I'm probably over thinking this...)
