Vanniek71
DAY 80 - Wednesday October 9th Info: Day 80...wow this really is going better than I had expected, I think now that I am used to eating a certain way the cravings for bad stuff just don't come around anymore. I was eating some different foods at the buffet the other night and was really noticing flavor profiles and that the food tasted great without adding a bunch of stuff to it (e.g. I used to douse steak with A-1 steak sauce) don't get me wrong I still LOVE and I stress LOVE hot sauce, but the other things I used to put on my food I don't feel I really need, or more importantly even want anymore! Went to Chili's for dinner and their sirloin minus the butter and mashed potatoes is pretty good, I got a huge steak and a ton of broccoli! Vanniek71
Have you considered chiro and/or physio for your back? I've done chiro before, seemed to help, was actually thinking about going back and seeing if it would help. I need to buy a tens machine, that is what has helped the most in the past. amberino21
I'd suggest physio and chiro, and resistance training when you're able - this will help develop the muscles to support your spine.

If you don't know who these people are, I suggest you hop on Google and check them out. Not only do they have hours of valuable listening and reading material available, some of them have really cool hair *coughMattLaLondecough* Yep I just went there.........Oh yeah and thanks Jared Reece for getting me started on this "thing" as I used to call it. Vanniek71
DAY 92 - Tuesday October 22nd Info: This weekend is the final big IDPA pistol competition I am doing this year, it is in New Mexico, and about 7 hours from Denver. That being said food is always a concern on road trips, but this time another friend of mine (Who is doing his 1st sets of Whole30 as we speak) asked if I would cook food for us so we don't have to try to do the travel food stuff. So tonight I started putting together some food for us to take along. I was thinking of ways to combine fats/veggies and figured out there really is not a tastier and easier way than making coleslaw!!! So I made a giant dish of it! we will also be having plenty of meats (SF Sausages, Chicken, Steak, and Cod) Anyways enough babble, I was just excited because this coleslaw tastes VERY similar to KFC's sugar bomb coleslaw, except it doesn't have all the sugar and garbage in it! I think the recipe is soon to follow! Paleo Slaw Enter for your chance to win a free copy of the Well Fed Paleo cookbook by Melissa Joulwan here! Food Log: Breakfast: SF Sausage, with mustard, celery, and carrots, 14 almonds Lunch: Chicken breasts, shredded red and green cabbage with carrots, doused in hot sauce, 14 almonds Dinner: SF spicy sausages, and a giant serving of paleo slaw Snack: none Exercise log: I did a few sets of push ups to attempt to make the transition to the gym a little easier. I have decided sore back or not I need to get in to the gym....and the back seems to loosen up a bit when I work out or move around, so I'm saying "Forgeddabouditt" and going for it. It's not going to change much one way or another. DAY 93 COMPLETE

Asian style salads with nut butter sauces are yummy too I just made a batch of OOM and I put in Dill and dried onion flakes, it came out way better than I expected, I will definitely take veggie sticks to dip in to it!
