LaFierrita
I like to drink Celestial Blueberry Herbal tea, but I don't think it's compliant. Anyone have any tips on herbal tea that I can replace my blueberry tea with?
JJB
I looked up the True Blueberry tea...is that what you're talking about? I don't see any non-compliant ingredients, I'm not sure why you don't think it's OK? You just have to watch for sweeteners and soy. "Natural flavors" are acceptable. LaFierrita
"natural flavors" can be just about anything and I'm not sure I want to consume that during the Whole30... just trying to find a better alternative!
GFChris
Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? I like their Red Ruby Chai Tea. It's a rooibos with no nasties.
