maybe it's already written somewhere, but I couldn't find something with the search bar. 


Does the Whole30 recommend a Pre AND a post-WO meal or is it either pre OR post-WO meal?

It's all very personal & relative to the intensity of your WO, and how hungry you are before it.

Fasted training doesn't work for me so if I'm training first thing in the morning I make sure I've had a pre WO. I almost always have a post WO though, unless it's very late and I've no time to incorporate both postWO & M3.

Play around with it and see what works for you.
