ABS32013
There was someone handing out samples of Runa at WF yesterday. Apparently (according to Runa's website and packaging), guayusa is an Amazonian tree leaf that has been brewed like tea for thousands of years. The particular sample I'm looking at is a cinnamon-lemongrass guayusa tea, and the only ingredients are guayusa, cinnamon and lemongrass (all organic). Seems as though it would be fine (for those of us who caffeinate), but guayusa leaf is unfamiliar to me. Any thoughts? Thanks!
