scm
I have a few jars of fruit preserves, blueberry and apricot, from a turkish company that are "fruit juice sweetned." ingredients are as follows: blueberries, or apricots, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Lemon Juice, Fruit Pectin. is this fine in small amounts? also apple butter that is just organic apples and organic apple juice concentrate. Robin Strathdee
They're fine, but I'd caution you to be careful to use them as part of a full meal and not as a sweet snack
scm
I only eat once a day, usually dinner, so this stuff is just used in condiments for meat or on nice slab of roasted squash.

Are you doing a whole 30? IF doesn't really combine with the whole 30 program where the recommendation is 3 meals a day, with your first meal within an hour of waking.
