amberino21 Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Sticking to the template and getting loads of vegies will make you feel better - I'd also include lots of garlic, chilli, ginger, lemon juice and rind in your meals. I didn't have the stomach for cooking so I had a baked sweet potato with coconut oil and salt and it completely satisfied that craving for a sweet and salty carb.
