Whole 30 and IBS

Hi mach, I also have IBS. Whole30 is a great program, but you may have to tweak it a bit for IBS. Eliminating grains and legumes is helpful. I've also found that eliminating FODMAPS has stopped most of my IBS symptoms. There is a special shopping list for FODMAPS. They are basically veggies like broccoli, onions, garlic, etc.

 

You should also add digestive enzymes and HCL to help digest your food and lessen any gas and bloating that happens in the stomach.
