machevilli Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 I have been diagnosis with IBS and was wondering if the whole 30 program is a good one to follow to reset my stomach so I can get rid of the the bloating, gas and other problems that IBS cause. Bet Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Hi mach, I also have IBS. Whole30 is a great program, but you may have to tweak it a bit for IBS. Eliminating grains and legumes is helpful. I've also found that eliminating FODMAPS has stopped most of my IBS symptoms. There is a special shopping list for FODMAPS.
