Pearl Tapioca

Tapioca is a starchy root or tuber-type thing, and generally ok in moderation in a Paleo eating plan, but I don't know if there are any additives in the actual tapioca pearls. I would double-check for soy lecithin and other additives like that. Once you're done with the Whole30, I would imagine that you'd be totally fine eating tapioca occasionally.

hahha, I follow that blog too, lots of great stuff.  When that post came up in my FB feed this morning I just scrolled on by.  Her last post had some sort of crispy bread with cheese.

I assumed pudding = dairy.  Ive been limiting dairy  even before W30.  Now that I see it's coconut milk it looks a lot better. Have you had boba  drinks before? Those have tapioca pearls, Im not the hugest fan of them. I'd probably cut the amount of those in 1/2 if not skip them altogether and use another thickening agent like tapioca flour.
