EvaK Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 This is my firstmWhole 30 and I was supposed to start on January 6, but was hit with a nasty stomach flu the night before and was so sick that I had to postpone my starting date to Friday, January 10. As I was so sick for four days because of the stomach flu I experienced fever, chills, headaches, tiredness etc I did feel pretty well once I started my Whole 30, despite major lack of appetite. It hasonly been in the past two days or so that I have experienced being really tired despite going to bed early, but then I never sleep very well around a full moom. We'll see jow things progress.
