Nritchie77
Can I use the Walden Farms Dressings during my whole 30?
missmary
Technically, if you can find one that has no off-plan ingredients, yes (post the ingredients list for us to check if you aren't sure), but...the whole30 is about eating whole natural foods. foods that have calories and nutrients that the body can use as fuel. Do the walden farms products meet that standard?
anzadel
No no and NO. That stuff is nasty and not real food. My mom uses those dressings and sauces. They're touted as "ZERO CALORIE Masrshmello Sauce" or ZERO CALORIE RANCH. If it has no calories. IT IS NOT FOOD. It's loaded with splenda and gums....Sorry, this is a bit personal for me. My mom eats this crap because it's got no calories, and thinks its good for her. Then she has the gall to give me shit for eating red meat. Even if it's grass fed organic... Not to mention they also taste gross, fake and artificial. She slaters the bacon ranch on all her salads. EW
