5callmemom
So today is day 6 for me. Last night my hubby made dinner I had given him a whole 30 compliant recipe but when we were out of chicken broth he substitued beef bouilion with out telling me. After dinner I had a horrible stomache ache (that's when he told me). There are definately thing in the bouillion that aren't approved (like soy pectin and sugar). Does this mean I have to start over and today is really day 1 again?
GFChris
Unfortunately, soy is biggie that does merit a restart. It's tricky to find compliant bouillon. If it helps your mindset, call it a Whole35 instead.
Jtandi
yeah, like Chris said, for me it was mental (I had a slip up on day 6 or something my first whole30) and I did NOT want to re-start, so just extend your whole30 by 5 days!
bep0819
I had to restart during my first Whole30 on day 7. It was live and learn. My husband had milk in our eggs... It hasn't happened since!! I'm also on day 22 of my 2nd Whole30 and my husband got the hang of what is and what is not compliant. He's been fantastic!
