Kryztle
Hey guys! A friend of mine has simply apple and all it is...is apples! I can drink that juice, right? Kind of a silly question but don't want to mess up!
Physibeth
No drinking juice on a Whole30. You can use it to cook with but not to drink.

Physibeth- I had 16oz of fresh orange (double checked) juice today as the grocery store was all out of oranges and I am working on getting rid of this lingering cold for good. Today was Day #4, do I need to start over?
GFChris
Physibeth- I had 16oz of fresh orange (double checked) juice today as the grocery store was all out of oranges and I am working on getting rid of this lingering cold for good. Today was Day #4, do I need to start over? No need to start over. Just no more drinking fruit juice for the rest of your Whole30. Hope you feel better soon.
