morganwhineryhabern
I just started an I am very hungry! Do I need to resist my hunger and stick to the plan or is it okay if I increase my whole30 food intake? Also, is it normal for me to be hungrier while I am on my period? Link to comment
missmary
yes it is normal. eat as much whole30 food as you need to not be hungry, ideally in the form of a template meal or a "mini-meal" with protein, vegetables and fat. Link to comment
GFChris
Make sure you're getting carb-dense vegetables in daily too. Link to comment
CAK911
It happens. I definitely try to up my sweet potato/squash/similar intake when my period is about to hit. I've found it helps a lot. Link to comment
Karen
Your body needs, needs, needs additional carbs before and during your period. It's hardwired into our dna. Up your carb intake in a complaint way and your body will stop telling you to eat everything in sight. :-) Link to comment
