Kmkeener
So I am using today as a practice day. I created a basic meal plan since I do not have much time to plan my meals being a full-time college student in addition to working 30 hours a week. Please tell me what you think. B- 2 screambled eggs with 1 Roma tomato, 1/2 c. mushrooms, 1 c. spinach and 1/2 an avocado. L- chicken, 1/2 avocado, apple D- Baked tilapia, 1 medium sweet potato, roasted zucchini and brussel sprouts
Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted February 8, 2014 Eat more. At breakfast, 2 eggs without additional protein is too small. Think 3 or even 4 eggs. Lunch was missing vegetables. Avocado is a good source of fat that you need with chicken since it is so lean. But an apple is not substitute for a plate full of veggies. Dinner looks good. runninglawyer88
Just wondering if your dinner vegetables have added fat or if you're topping your sweet potato with something that could serve as your fat serving.

GFChris
Better. To runninglawyer88's point, make sure to get a fat source in at dinner.
