ninadude
Is a can of tomato sauce listing last, but not least "naturally derived citric acid" W30 compliant? I am trying to make spaghetti sauce for my spaghetti squash.
GFChris
Citric acid is ok on a Whole30. http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/12936-citric-acid/I find it's easiest to search the forum for previously asked questions via Google. Type Whole30 followed by whatever you're looking for. If it's been discussed here, you'll get links to the posts.

Hermfamily
I'm new. Day 3. Confused about bacon and a few other products. What if the ingredients say sugar but the nutritional facts say 0 grams? I have been steering clear of these but bacon locally is hard to find and I'd like to add it to our menu within the month. Hermfamily
Just saw how to google these answers thanks to the post above. Still curious about nutriton says 0 but real sugar is listed. Do you stay away?
Robin Strathdee
Hermfamily - the ingredients list is where it's at. If there's anything non-compliant (like sugar), its out
