trezkholl0806 Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 HELP! Just needed to share... I seem to be having an issue with eating enough on the weekends. I'll get moving a little later on Saturday/Sunday, therefore having a late breakfast, or just having to eat lunch. So I've only been eating 2 meals a day. Because of this, I don't think I'm feeling satisfied, and it's causing me to snack. Of course I've been compliant, but I know I should not be snacking like this. (Fruit/Dates/Nuts/Nut Butter) Blah. Any suggestions? I mean, obviously I know I should get my day started a little earlier and get my butt up and cook breakfast. But still. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I find that I am fine to eat just two meals per day until about 2 AM in the morning. Then I wake up hungry and have to eat in the middle of the night to get back to sleep.
