Insomnia on day 14

Hi there. I have a question. Im on day 14 of W30. I've had no problems sleeping except until Friday night. All of a sudden Im suffering from insomnia, being awake for 3 to 4 hours before falling asleep. I go to bed at 9pm and usually fall asleep straight away and wake up just before my alarm goes off in the mornings. I have noticed last night, when I was rolling around waiting for sleep to come, that I was hungry! I usually have dinner not later than 7pm on non training days. Dinner usually consists of a little protein, lots of veg (spinach, sweet potato, pumpkin and zuchinni). Has it got something to do with ketosis?

Whole30 isn't designed to put you into ketosis, as it's not a low carb program.

 

Can you post 2-3 days worth of your food log, as well as your exercise and amount of daily water consumption?  Folks here can give you feedback on possible tweaks.
