Brittany Long
My husband and I are going on a date night on Sunday and I wanted to know if I could possibly eat here? You get to cook your own food and I was thinking of just getting the rib eye and some various veggies. What do you think?http://www.gyu-kaku.com/menu/hi_kn/kn_alacarte.pdfBrittany
eileenwithane
I would just be careful to lookout for soy especially there.
Brittany Long
Yes! Planned on it! I think I'll just get steak, asparagus, mushrooms, and zucchini!
GFChris
Besides watching out for soy, you'd need to make sure they don't use any non-compliant oils (e.g., no rice bran oil, corn oil or soybean oil) and any seasonings don't contain any additional nasties like gluten, MSG, or sugar, for example. praxisproject
Call ahead and let them know what you can't have. Most chefs can accommodate with advance notice.
