dipitie Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 I wasn't sure which forum to put this in, but I love scary movies and recently started thinking about how it could affect my cortisol levels. Then I started thinking about adrenaline sports - skiing, snowboarding, skydiving, etc. I'm not super crazy or anything, but are these things I should be minimizing exposure to?
