DeannaDaniels
It's time for my reintro but I plan on continuing on the whole 30. Should I wait until I'm finished or do reintro and just start a new whole30?
DeannaDaniels
Basically my question is, is a whole60 better than two whole30's back to back with a reintro in the middle, or is there a difference?
Moderators LadyM Posted April 21, 2014 Moderators Share Posted April 21, 2014 I made the choice to keep going without reintros because I felt that I needed more time for my body to heal. I think the interruption of reintros might have halted or reversed the positive momentum. But that's just me.
Peg541
Is there something you're dying to reintroduce? What is the percentage of those who just stay that way or is that not done?
DeannaDaniels
Thanks lady m, I agree. Peg, there isn't anything I'm dying to reintro, just wondered if a fresh start (which could work well for me mentally, now I've already completed the whole30 so one day I may decide its technically ok for me to go off plan). And I'm sorry I don't understand your second question about percentage.
almondjoyless
Reintro is important if you want to know the specific effects of certain foods on your body. If you don't care to find that out, I don't see a reason you *need* to do reintro after 30 days.
