GlennR
If I put together a cup of berries and chia seeds and drizzle them with coconut milk, that's okay, right? But if I blitz them in a food processor, they become pudding and therefore verboten? I'm not really a big dessert or pudding or smoothie kind of guy, so the sweet treat trap doesn't faze me as much. (My kryptonite is soda.) I just have some coconut milk I want to use before it goes bad.
Robin Strathdee
Honestly, the line would be when/how you eat that mixture. If you have it with your meal alongside your meat and veggies, then sure!

Cool, thanks! Yes, I meant to have it as part of my breakfast (either way) and not a standalone snack or anything like that.
akuchta
I also think that if you have a 'negative psychological response' to it, it's a "treat". For me, I can't do anything with nut butters even if they are compliant because I just want to keep eating them...
jennor
But is anything food related you "treat" yourself to swypo? Is that the thing, to learn to never use food as a treat outside of meals?
