NurseO'Brien
I realized my hubby made our meatballs using olive oil cooking spray to line the muffin pans. Is the spray compliant?
Tina R
Most likely it is not. They usually have soy bean oil in them which requires a restart. Check the ingredients just in case you have the one brand that is compliant. Maybe a moderator will have a different opinion.

peahen65
Yep, one of my Whole30 buddies had to do a restart using "olive oil" spray. I think it's a lot like olive oil mayo - called that because it has some olive oil in it, among other things.
Angels4us
I just finished a really hard Day #11. Now I have just come across this post. I have been using olive oil spray to cook my omelettes in the morning. I just looked and the second of the two ingredients is soy lecithin. Does this mean a restart? :( :(
