Well, today started out good - day 3, but I got the hangry day today. I am wanting to slap someone. anyone will do. Or kick a puppy. I think I need more complex carbs. Maybe some pumpkin for breakfast tomorrow. I have anxiety out the wazoo and I'm wishing I could d something else

I actually had my hangry kill all the things moment on day -3. I did 3 intro days before I started because I was waiting for a friend to start with me and on the first day of those I ate completely compliant and had a complete screaming meltdown on my family while I was trying to prepare dinner with screaming kids after spending the whole day active and hungry. Now that I'm almost done I don't get hangry as easy as my blood sugar has evened out.
