I think I need more complex carbs. Maybe some pumpkin for breakfast tomorrow. LisaLulu Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 I actually had my hangry kill all the things moment on day -3. I did 3 intro days before I started because I was waiting for a friend to start with me and on the first day of those I ate completely compliant and had a complete screaming meltdown on my family while I was trying to prepare dinner with screaming kids after spending the whole day active and hungry.
