Vian
Classico tomato basil is compliant but not the "sweet basil" flavor. I think some prego varieties are good too (always double check ingredients though as they can vary by region)
GFChris
Autolyzed yeast extract is not optimal, but is not against Whole30 rules. We avoid recommending specific brands here, as ingredients vary by region and can change. Best bet: make your own sauce.

1Maryann
Read some of the more "boutique" labels on the shelf. I have found several compliant brands in both Walmart and Publix. The giant conglomerate stuff almost always has less-than-optimal stuff in it, but the smaller labels seem to stick closer to homemade.
mercuryhime
Trader Joe's Puttanesca is compliant. The marinara isn't, unfortunately. Making your own is so simple though. Can of preferred tomato puree or crushed tomatoes (I like Cento as it's just pure tomato) Few spoonfuls of ghee or olive oil chopped up onion Put it all in a pan and simmer 30 - 45 mins or until sauce is desired texture. Add salt. Done! You can fancy it up with basil, garlic, or whatever, but I like my sauce pretty basic. My friends' Italian grandma says that's the way to go. Making your own is much cheaper. You can also can or freeze for later use.
